Muscle loss is no longer seen as just a side effect of disease and frailty – it’s also a prime cause. As well as contributing to falls, muscle loss has serious knock-on effects on metabolism”.

Even if you can only exert yourself lightly to begin with, exercise will play a major role in returning your health and vigor.

Take High Quality Supplements

Supplementing with the proper vitamins, minerals and oils is an essential part of the battle against aging. A great line-up of daily supplements could include a high quality daily-multi (remember multi-vitamins are not all created equal), fish oils, vitamin D3, magnesium glycinate, CoQ10, and DHEA SR. There may be many other great supplements that you want to add to your daily routine depending on your body’s specific needs.
